What is Upward Bound?
Upward Bound is a pre-college program funded by the U.S. Department of Education and hosted by Rogers State University. The program’s mission is to help students of select area high schools to develop the personal and academic skills necessary for success in high school, college, and their chosen career path.
Upward Bound accomplishes this mission by proving a variety of services including tutoring sessions, cultural activities, educational seminars, and a supportive network of mentors and peers.
