University Stationery

Letterhead & Envelopes

Official university correspondence should be conducted using the following letterhead and envelopes. The design, which has been approved by the RSUPR office and university administration, may not be manipulated. Stationery and envelopes appear with the official university logo with the name of the department appearing below. Stationery personalized with the name of an employee is not available or permitted (certain exceptions may be approved by the RSUPR office.)

Special Hillcat stationery is only used by the Athletic Department and Office of Student Affairs. No other departments should use this stationery.

Business Cards

Official RSU customized business cards are available to all employees with the approval of a department head or supervisor. The design of the business cards (see sample below) has been standardized and may not be manipulated. Traditional size is 3 ½ inches wide by 2 inches deep. The cards are printed in the university colors of blue and red, and contain the following information: name, title, university address, office phone number, office fax number, email address.
