Student apartments within the complex opened in Fall 2011 are in an all-enclosed building.

They offer access to a clubhouse featuring a theater room, vending area, conference rooms, offices and lounge areas.

Residents also will have access to on-site laundry facilities, study rooms and public use areas.

Different floor plans are designed to meet the needs of all students.

Items provided in University Village B in 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom units

  • Kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave
  • Each Bedroom: extra long twin sized bed, stackable 4 drawer dresser, desk, desk chair, nightstand

It’s a good idea to talk with your roommates to determine what they are bringing along for commons area of the apartment so that you don’t double up on extras. Use discretion concerning hanging things on the wall, large holes may result in extra charges at move-out. Tacks and small nails are okay.
