Campus Expansion

Rogers State University plans to more than double the size of its Pryor campus with a $1.3 million expansion project.

The approximately 7,400 square-foot expansion will include:

• five classrooms
• five offices
• computer lab
• commons area
• restrooms

The expansion will be built adjacent to the existing campus building located 421 S. Elliott St. and will be constructed to match the existing architecture.

The University of Oklahoma Board of Regents, the governing board for RSU, awarded the construction contract to Pryor-based Vargas Construction.

The $1.3 million project is being funded by a $300,000 grant from the Oliver Dewey Mayor Foundation in combination with funds from a state higher education bond issue and private contributions.
