If you are requesting or desire accommodations due to a disability, you must complete the following:

• Official Request for Accommodations Form
• Student Responsibility Agreement

In addition, you must contact the Director of Student Development at (918) 343-7707 to discuss appropriate accommodations for the semester based upon your current level of functioning and your course load.

Some accommodations (e.g., interpreting, books on tape, etc.) require 2-3 weeks prior to the beginning of a semester to arrange.

The Student Lounge is an online resource center for students with disabilities to prepare for college, succeed in college, and in transition. Videos, publications, guidelines for success, information technology resources, and opportunities are provided.
