B.A. Liberal Arts

Global Humanities Option:
Offered through the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts degree, an option in Humanities explores the wide variety of cultural opportunities facing a global citizen of the twenty-first century. Drawing heavily on the interdisciplinary tradition of the liberal arts this degree offers students the opportunity to develop critical thinking skills through a number of liberal arts disciplines. 

Students may take courses in:

• ART 3013 - Western Art History
• HUM 4413 - Women in Literary and Visual Arts
• PHIL 1313 - Values and Ethics
• HUM 3113 Studies in African American  --OR--  HUM 3213 Studies in Latin American Culture
• HUM 3343 - Sports in the Humanities
