Dr. Danette Boyle
Vice President for Development
Dr. Boyle's major responsibilities include raising private funds for the institution, securing federal and state grant support, and managing the Rogers State University Foundation, RSU alumni relations, Oklahoma Military Academy activities, community relations, and special events.
Dr. Boyle joined the RSU staff in 1973 as Director of Counseling. In 1976, she was named Assistant to the President for Development and a year later was named Vice President for Development, a position she has held to this day.
She has two degrees from Northeastern State University – a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in education. She also has a doctorate in higher education and administration from Oklahoma State University.
She is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education and the National Society of Fundraising Executives. Dr. Boyle served as program chairman for the five-state CASE District IV Annual Conference in 1996. She also was named to the CASE “All Stars” Speakers List.
She presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Child Abuse Network and is a member of the Claremore Rotary Club.
